Process of Application: |

(a). Candidate must enter valid University Registration Number (URN is available on qualifying examination mark statement) and Date of Birth submitted at the time of registration. |

(b). Upload your Photograph, signature, Cumulative Grade Card and Registration Card (Specifications as mentioned in the Convocation Notification.) and submit the form. Otherwise, online application form will not be accepted. |

On successful submission of online application form an acknowledgement receipt is generated and will be displayed on the screen, students are requested to take a printout of the same for future reference. |
